Tree Service Worker

Responsibilities Safely operate chainsaws, man-lifts, and other equipment for tree trimming, pruning, and removal activities Use rigging techniques to secure and dismantle large or hazardous trees with precision Conduct tree care assessments to identify health issues or safety hazards Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, planting, mulching, and general landscaping duties Support growing experience by learning horticultural practices related to tree health and growth management Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment, securing work areas, and adhering to safety protocols during all operations Qualifications Prior experience in tree care, landscaping, or horticulture is highly desirable Knowledge of rigging techniques and the safe operation of bucket trucks and bucket lifts (bucket operation) Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including climbing trees, lifting heavy objects, and working at heights Strong understanding of landscape maintenance principles such as lawn care and planting techniques Growing experience in horticulture or related fields is preferred; willingness to learn is essential Excellent attention to safety procedures and environmental stewardship skills Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into thriving landscapes!
