Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep landscapes vibrant and healthy Utilize hand tools and power tools for landscape maintenance, planting, pruning, and hardscape installation Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and growth Remove debris, junk, and unwanted materials from properties efficiently while ensuring proper disposal or recycling Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure optimal watering efficiency Support construction projects involving landscape design elements like patios, walkways, or retaining walls Qualifications Mechanical knowledge with experience handling hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Familiarity with lawn care practices, landscape maintenance techniques, and horticulture principles Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or snow plows safely and effectively Knowledge of tree care including trimming, pruning, and health assessment skills Basic understanding of gardening techniques and hardscape installation processes Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols consistently Prior experience in construction or outdoor maintenance is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us if you're passionate about outdoor work, eager to develop your skills across various landscaping disciplines, and ready to contribute to creating beautiful outdoor spaces!
