Arborist Representative Include:

Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals using all avenues of lead generation, including receiving Office Leads immediately Creating clear job expectations for customers and crews Using industry-specific CRM system for all estimates, appointment scheduling, client retention, etc.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years industry experience, including tree and plant health care - either field experience or sales experience in the industry is a MUST Effective communication skills Attentiveness to details Excellent customer service skills Adept time management and organizational skills Ability to obtain Arborist Certification within 1 year

Benefits:

$40,000 Base Salary + commission (providing $75,000-$100,000 in compensation) performance-based incentives Health insurance after 90-day wait period Simple IRA (401k) matching up to 3% program after 90-day waiting period Your own territory with immediate leads generated through the office
