Job Summary Packman Landscaping is hiring a reliable General Laborer to join our team in Warner Robins, GA and surrounding areas. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping, gardening, and groundskeeping tasks. Your expertise will help create beautiful, functional landscapes that meet client specifications and uphold safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills in horticulture and landscape maintenance, and contribute to the transformation of outdoor environments. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to ensure healthy and attractive lawns and gardens Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as excavators for planting, grading, and hardscape installation Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal with proper techniques to promote tree health and safety Assist in landscape construction projects including hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various landscaping machinery and hand tools safely Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Knowledge of landscaping design principles and hardscape installation techniques Ability to perform tree trimming, pruning, planting, and general tree care with proper safety procedures Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Competence in snow plowing operations during winter seasons Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in hot weather conditions Effective communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a high standard of quality in all tasks Join us as a Landscape Technician where your skills will flourish in a vibrant environment dedicated to creating stunning outdoor spaces.
