Snowbusters - Hinz Landscaping and Tree Service is looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals to join their Landscaping and Tree Crew in Michiana! Responsibilities:

Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and lawn maintenance Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removal operations Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and mowers Load and haul debris, brush, and green waste from job sites Follow safety protocols and proper techniques for tree and ground crew work Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members on job sites Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

Prior experience in landscaping, tree care, or outdoor labor preferred Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Familiarity with landscaping and tree care equipment is a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Ability to work well within a team environment Valid driver's license preferred Willingness to follow safety guidelines and company procedures
