Overview Heartland Tree Service is looking for an experienced climber/ bucket operator to join our team. The ideal person for this position. A skilled tree professional who takes pride in their work, works safely, and knows how to get things done. This is not an entry-level training position. You should have legitimate professional tree experience and be comfortable contributing safely from day one. What we're looking for: ✅ Experienced tree climber ✅ Proficient bucket truck operator ✅ Comfortable with removals, pruning, rigging & technical tree work ✅ Able to safely operate chainsaws and other tree equipment ✅ Strong understanding of knots, rigging and safe work practices ✅ Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team ✅ Takes initiative and doesn't need to be babysat
