The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Arborist Climber & Aerial Lift Operator to join our team. This role involves advanced pruning, technical removals, and rigging work. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional, values safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship — and has the potential to lead a crew in the future. What You'll Do Perform all aspects of tree care, including pruning, cabling, and technical removals Climb and/or operate aerial lift equipment safely and efficiently Assist with rigging and cleanup on job sites Operate and maintain equipment such as chippers, skid steers, Excavator, stump grinders, and chainsaws Drive trucks with trailers confidently and safely Follow ANSI safety standards and company procedures What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of professional tree work experience Experience in climbing, pruning, cabling, and advanced rigging Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 100 lbs or more Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Willingness to undergo drug/alcohol screenings and background checks Ability to obtain a DOT medical card and 2A hoisting license (if not already held) English proficiency for safe on-site communication
Preferred:
