You will serve as a key specialist focused on the aesthetic and structural health of premium residential plant material. Impact:

Execute precision hand pruning for fine shrubs and ornamental trees under 15 feet. Inspect plants daily to identify insect damage, disease symptoms, or nutrient issues. Apply proper arboricultural techniques to promote long-term plant growth and structural integrity. Maintain sharp, clean, and properly disinfected pruning tools to ensure optimal plant health. Clean up, collect, and process all debris thoroughly to leave client properties pristine. Collaborate with field teams to deliver high-end landscape maintenance results.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Demonstrated hands-on experience in hand pruning shrubs and ornamental trees under 15 feet. Solid understanding of the landscape industry and ornamental plant care. Ability to identify common plant health issues, diseases, and regional pests. Strong physical capability to perform active field work in varied outdoor environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

2+ years of dedicated landscape pruning experience. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Background servicing high-end residential clients.
