Hometown Tree Experts is seeking an experienced Tree Removal Estimator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with hands-on knowledge of the tree care industry who can confidently evaluate tree removal projects, accurately estimate costs, and communicate professionally with customers. Licensed Arborist a plus. The ideal candidate understands what goes into safely and efficiently completing tree removal jobs, including crew requirements, equipment needs, access challenges, disposal, safety, and overall job complexity.

Responsibilities:

Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate tree removal needs Perform on-site assessments and determine the safest and most efficient approach to each job Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for tree removal and related services using LMN program Determine labor, equipment, disposal, access, and other job requirements Identify when cranes, bucket trucks, specialized equipment, or additional crew members may be needed Clearly explain proposed work, pricing, and expectations to customers Follow up with potential customers and help convert estimates into scheduled work Communicate job details with our office and production crews Maintain accurate records of estimates and customer information

Requirements:

Previous experience in the tree care, tree removal, or arboriculture industry a must Experience estimating tree removal work 2+ years' experience Strong understanding of tree removal methods, equipment, labor requirements, and job-site safety Ability to evaluate tree size, condition, location, accessibility, and removal complexity Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule Valid driver's license and clean driving record Licensed Arborist a plus

Compensation:
