Job Description
CREW LEAD
- TIMBER
RIDGE TREE CARE
Comstock Park, MI | Full-Time | $28-30/hr + Advancement
ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage 3-5 person crews performing tree removal, pruning, and restoration work on residential and commercial properties. You'll run job sites safely, mentor junior arborists, and have a direct path to foreman/operations roles.
WHAT WE OFFER
- $28-30/hr based on experience

- Structured Certification Progression (we cover exam fees & study time):
- CDL: +$1.50/hr
- ISA Arborist Cert: +$1.50/hr
- PHC Certified: +$1/hr
- Direct mentorship from 4 ISA Certified Arborists
- Real advancement: crew leads move to foreman/operations roles here
- Stable, year-round work
