We're looking for someone who wants to stay connected to the industry they know while taking on a new challenge. You'll use your industry experience to identify, develop, and support relationships with professional arborist companies across the country, helping match the right Members with insurance-claim job opportunities while strengthening a nationwide emergency response network.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This role is responsible for developing, strengthening, and activating Timber Warriors' nationwide network of professional arborist companies.

• Match incoming insurance claim opportunities with the most appropriate Member company
• Present opportunities, answer questions, and secure Member participation
• Evaluate availability, capacity, and operational fit when making assignments
• Build long-term relationships with existing Members
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for Member questions and opportunities
• Strengthen Member engagement and encourage continued participation within the Timber Warriors network
• Identify opportunities to expand Timber Warriors' Member network in strategic markets
• Research, contact, vet, and onboard qualified arborist companies
• Build trusted relationships with prospective Members and guide them through the onboarding process
• Maintain an understanding of Member capabilities, equipment, certifications, and geographic coverage

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who sits at the intersection of arboriculture, relationship-building, and an operations mindset. You understand tree work because you've lived it. You enjoy building trust with people and developing professional relationships. You naturally think about logistics, capacity, and finding the right fit. You may be a great fit for this role if your experience includes roles such as: Arborist Estimator, Sales Arborist, Business Development, or similar role in the tree care industry

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience evaluating tree work and matching resources to project needs
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• An operations mindset with the ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make sound decisions
• Experience working with insurance-related tree work or emergency response preparations
• Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems and work management platforms
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently, as needed

ISA Certified Arborist Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
