Arborist

Overview We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Arborists to join our team. Our needs include crew leadership, climbing, ground control and the ability to obtain a CDL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and growth in the industry. This role involves working outdoors, utilizing specialized equipment, and collaborating with a team to ensure the health and beauty of our clients' landscapes. Responsibilities Assess the health and condition of trees, providing recommendations for care and maintenance. Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal as necessary, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Operate bucket trucks and other equipment safely for tree care tasks. Maintain accurate records of tree care activities and client interactions. Skills Proficiency or the ability to learn tree care techniques, including pruning, cabling, and bracing. Experience with bucket operation and rigging for safe tree removal or maintenance. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. A passion for growing trees and enhancing landscapes through proper care techniques.
