Our crews handle residential and commercial removals, technical pruning, storm response, and plant health care. We are building a company where good people can move up. What You'll Do Perform technical climbing removals and pruning using SRT and DdRT systems Set and run rigging for controlled sectional takedowns in tight residential settings Prune to

standards and follow
ANSI Z133
safety requirements at all times Operate a bucket truck when the job calls for it Run chainsaws, pole saws, and climbing gear safely and maintain them daily Lead the crew on the job site: brief the plan, assign ground tasks, keep the drop zone controlled Inspect climbing and rigging gear before every use and pull anything questionable out of service Communicate professionally with homeowners and property managers on site Document work completed and job notes in our field software (Jobber) What We're Looking For Required 3+ years of professional tree climbing experience Proficient with rope and saddle, SRT and DdRT, and aerial rescue Solid rigging knowledge: blocks, portawraps, friction devices, load estimation Experienced with chainsaw operation, felling, and sectional removal Working knowledge of
ANSI Z133
safety standards Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets our insurance requirements Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying conditions Reliable transportation to the shop and consistent attendance Preferred ISA Certified Arborist credential (we will support you in earning it if you don't have it) Bucket truck and crane-assisted removal experience Class A or B CDL Bilingual English/Spanish Aerial rescue and first aid/CPR training
Pay:
$33.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
