$65,000 base + uncapped commission About Queen City Tree Service Queen City Tree Service is a growing residential and commercial tree care company serving Charlotte. New ownership is investing in the business: modern fleet (bucket truck, spider lift, crane-capable rigging crews), professional systems, and a second crew launching. We generate the leads. You run them, quote them, and close them. Our crews produce the work. What you'll do Run company-provided leads: inbound calls, web inquiries, direct mail response, and referrals Perform on-site consultations and deliver same-day quotes through Jobber Sell removals, pruning, cabling and bracing, and plant health care programs Build and own relationships with HOAs, property managers, and landscape contractors Hand closed work to the crew lead; a customer coordinator handles scheduling and follow-up admin so your time stays in front of customers Own your pipeline, follow-ups, and closing rate Compensation $65,000 base salary Commission on all work sold, uncapped, paid biweekly On-target earnings $110,000-$130,000 in year one Benefits Health insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) Company vehicle for site visits Company phone and dedicated sales line ISA certification fees, TRAQ, and CEUs paid Biweekly direct deposit What we're looking for ISA Certified Arborist strongly preferred (Board Certified Master Arborist a plus).
