Job Description
Plaza Tower Associations is seeking a reliable, skilled, and resident-focused building manager to lead daily property operations, maintain our facilities, and serve as the welcoming face of our community. Plaza Tower is an established, well-maintained 53-unit condominium community—proudly recognized as Bismarck's first condo association. Each owner is a member of the condo association. Plaza Tower is governed by an elected nine-member board of directors which welcomes open communication with the building manager. Compensation is negotiable and includes a two-bedroom unfurnished apartment with all utilities provided. Duties include lawn care and common elements upkeep, monitoring heating and air conditioning, elevators, fire safety, parking lot snow removal (handled by established external service contractors). Inspect and maintain all shared interior and exterior common elements. Serve as a liaison with municipal officials and outside contractors. Work with main contractors to understand building mechanical systems, to conduct routine checks (such as roof fan inspections), and to proactively identify potential issues. Main lawns, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and exterior lighting. Perform targeted snow removal at the three main building entrances.
