Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tree Service Worker to join our team. This role involves performing outdoor tree care and maintenance tasks, including trimming, removal, and rigging, with a focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have outdoor work experience, familiarity with tree care techniques, and the ability to operate equipment such as chainsaws and bucket lifts. We are committed to supporting career growth and professional development, including assistance in obtaining certifications like the ISA arborist credential, New Jersey tree care operator license, and CDL license (which is a plus but not required). Duties Perform outdoor tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and shaping trees to promote health and aesthetics Safely execute tree removal using appropriate rigging techniques and equipment Operate chainsaws, bucket lifts, and other arborist tools efficiently and responsibly Apply arborist rigging techniques for complex tree work Follow strict safety protocols to ensure personal safety and that of team members during all operations Use rigging equipment to facilitate safe tree removal or pruning in challenging environments Assist in maintaining equipment and ensuring work sites are clean and hazard-free Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards Requirements Proven outdoor work experience, preferably in tree care or related fields Knowledge of tree trimming, pruning, removal, and arborist rigging techniques Ability to operate chainsaws, bucket trucks, and rigging gear safely Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence at all times Physical fitness and ability to perform demanding outdoor tasks in various weather conditions Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the industry Valid driver's license is preferred; CDL license is a plus but not required (we are willing to assist candidates in obtaining this certification) Interest in professional development with opportunities for career advancement through certifications such as ISA arborist certification or New Jersey tree care operator license We welcome motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in tree care and safety. Pay:

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
