- Tree Care Join Our Team as a Field Representative We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Field Representative to serve as the link between our clients and production crews.
The primary responsibility is accurately documenting customer requests and site conditions to help ensure crews arrive fully informed and prepared. Responsibilities Visit residential properties to meet with clients and discuss requested tree care services. Capture detailed video walkthroughs of properties, trees, and work areas. Clearly document which trees, shrubs, and vegetation are to be removed, trimmed, or left untouched. Identify and record potential job-site hazards, including: Power lines and utility infrastructure Fences, sheds, pools, and other structures Limited access areas Landscaping, gardens, and other obstacles Upload videos, photos, notes, and site information to company systems. Maintain professional communication with homeowners and answer basic service-related questions. Coordinate with office staff and production crews to ensure work orders are accurate and complete. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to speak clearly and professionally on video. Detail-oriented with excellent observation skills. Comfortable using smartphones, cameras, and mobile applications. Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required. Ability to travel throughout the service area daily. Experience in tree care, landscaping, construction, surveying, or property inspections is a plus, but not required. What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys meeting people and working independently.
