Compensation:

With a 40 year legacy of excellence, we are rapidly expanding our professional arborist group in the Tulsa market . We aren't just looking for a hand; we are looking for a skilled aerial professional ready to elevate their career. This role is designed for an experienced climber with the technical grit and leadership potential to transition into a Crew Lead position. As an Experienced Arborist/Climber at RYAN, you won't just be "pruning"—you will be executing complex tree care operations and helping mentor the next generation of arborists.
Precision Climbing:
Perform high-level pruning and complex removals using advanced climbing, rigging, and aerial lift techniques.
Operational Excellence:
Expertly operate chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders while maintaining a "safety-first" culture. Path to
Leadership:
Direct ground crews, manage job site efficiency, and prepare to step into a Crew Lead role as you master our systems.
Client Advocacy:
Act as a subject matter expert, communicating clearly with Tulsa homeowners to ensure expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
We are seeking an individual who treats arboriculture as a craft, not just a job.
Industry Experience:
Proven track record in professional tree climbing and technical rigging.
Technical Proficiency:
Mastery of modern climbing gear (SRT/SRS or MRS) and aerial safety standards.
Leadership Mindset:
A desire to lead a team, maintain equipment, and take ownership of daily production.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to work aloft for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs., and thrive in all Oklahoma weather conditions.
Credentials:
• Valid Driver's License (Required). Ability to obtain DOT certification. ISA Certification or a degree in Forestry/Related fields is a major plus. •
