Arborist Trainee Tripoli Tree Care is hiring an Arborist Trainee to join our tree care team. This position is an opportunity to learn the tree care industry while working alongside experienced professionals on real-world tree removal, pruning, crane, and other tree care operations throughout the Pittsburgh area.

Starting Pay:

$25 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the crew with tree removals, pruning, and other tree care services Learn proper use of chainsaws, ropes, rigging, and tree care equipment Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment Drive company trucks and equipment to and from job sites Keep job sites clean and organized Follow crew-leader instructions and company safety procedures Learn professional tree care techniques through hands-on training Perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Qualifications:

No previous tree care experience required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable and able to show up on time Able to follow directions and work as part of a crew Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors Valid driver's license Must be proficient and confident driving larger company trucks Willingness to learn and develop within the tree care industry
