Job Description

Tree Foreman (Arboriculture) Treewise | Highland, Utah Full-Time Lead a Great Crew. Do Great Work. Help Build Something Special. Treewise is a growing, family-owned tree care company serving northern Utah. We're looking for an experienced Tree Foreman to lead our crews, deliver exceptional tree care, and help build a company known for quality, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys working in the field, mentoring others, and taking pride in producing high-quality work. You'll work directly with the owners and play an important role in shaping our team, culture, and future growth. What You'll Do As our Tree Foreman, you'll lead daily operations while working alongside your crew.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Perform, plan and oversee all tree care operations.
  • Safe work practices in accordance with ANSI and OSHA standards.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members at all levels
  • QA/QC control throughout each project.
  • Deliver clear and professional communication with clients and staff
  • Work directly with administration on scheduling, logistics, and operational needs. Qualifications Preferred
  • ISA Certified Arborist
  • Previous experience leading tree care crews
  • CDL (or willingness to obtain) Required
  • Minimum 3 years of professional tree care experience
  • Strong climbing, rigging, and pruning skills
