Climbing Arborist - Full-time production climber role, focused on high-quality tree care and tree removals Company intro: Tree133 is a growing family business dedicated to preserving trees and empowering people. Position Summary & Job Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality tree care including structure pruning, crown reduction, cabling/bracing and ornamental pruning. Perform tree removals using fundamental cutting/rigging skills and learn advanced techniques for technical tree removal and precision felling. Apply and expand knowledge in tree identification, biology, pruning strategies, growth response and diagnostics. Continue learning and contribute to the advancement of our profession through education, volunteering/participating at industry events and tree climbing competitions. Minimum Requirements 3+ years experience in arboriculture and current Certified Arborist credential At least 2 years professional tree climbing experience with proficiency in MRS (moving rope) and SRS (stationary rope) climbing systems in trees of all sizes Proficient in safe work practices for ground ops, chainsaw ops, climbing, rigging, chipper ops Experience driving trucks with towed chippers/trailers,preferably in a city environment Leadership experience and other credentials a plus (eg.
CTW, TRAQ, TCIA
