About Husky Tree Services Husky Tree Services is a locally owned, family-built tree care company serving homeowners throughout Southeast Wisconsin. Our team uses modern equipment, proven systems, and clear communication to deliver high-quality tree care while protecting our customers' properties. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated arborists who want a long-term career in the tree industry, not just another job. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Arborist to perform tree climbing, pruning, removals, and job-site operations safely and efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining Husky's high standards for safety, property protection, and professional workmanship. Responsibilities Perform safe tree climbing, pruning, and removals using proper arboricultural techniques Operate chainsaws, rigging systems, and aerial lift equipment (we run a 72 ft platform basket spider lift) Work alongside crew members to complete residential and commercial tree work Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards Qualifications Prior arborist or tree climbing experience Knowledge of proper pruning standards and safe removal practices Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license
REQUIRED CDL
