Arbor Images has been a trusted name in tree care for more than 30 years. We're growing our crew and looking for hardworking, safety-minded people to remove and trim trees, run heavy equipment, and keep our job sites running smoothly, whether you're an experienced climber, a CDL equipment operator, or ready to learn ground support work from the ground up. If you love working outdoors and take pride in a job done right, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Remove and trim trees using aerial lifts / bucket trucks, climbing (SRT, DRT, SRS, MRS saddle systems), and cranes as needed. Operate a range of equipment (mini loaders, stump grinders, chippers, chainsaws, skid steer, Track machine with Fecon mower and grapple attachment, and log trucks to clear, cut, and grind trees and brush.

Provide ground support:

rigging with GRCS, site cleanup (raking/blowing), and driving crew trucks and equipment to and from job sites. Follow safety protocols on every job, staying alert to surroundings and weather for both crew and equipment. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance (adjustments, minor part replacement, cleaning, lubrication) and keep accurate maintenance records. Maintain a professional, drama-free presence with teammates, clients, and the public. Work outdoors year-round in all weather, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs. What We're Looking For Valid CDL (Class A preferred) or strong willingness to obtain one. 2 to 5 years of tree climbing experience preferred; comfort learning and operating heavy equipment a plus. Pesticide Applicator (PHC) license a plus. Strong safety mindset with good organizational and communication skills. Reliable and punctual, shows up on time every day, and takes direction well. Team player with a genuine love of the outdoors as your office. Authorized to work in the US. Experience with a Sennebogen Tree Handler is a plus! Pay:

$24.00 - $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
