We have been in business for 42 years and continuing to expand throughout the Middleton and Dane County Area. Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Tree, Lawn & Landscape Care Positions to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping, tree care, and maintenance tasks. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help us deliver exceptional service while gaining valuable experience in horticulture, landscape maintenance, and construction. We have the following positions available:

• Tree Climbers / Aerial lift operators w/ ISA Certified Arborist Certificate a Plus
• Tree & Shrub Ground Crew members.
• Plant Health Care (Lawn & Tree Care) Technicians.
• Horticulturist Crew Leaders & Members
• Landscape & Enhancement Crew Leaders & Members Duties Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, planting, and health assessments using appropriate equipment.

Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure healthy and attractive lawns. Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, mulching, and bed cleanup to promote vibrant gardens. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping projects. Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Prior experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Mechanical knowledge or experience operating power tools and landscaping equipment is advantageous. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols.
