Hawks Landscape is a very progressive 151 year old landscape company! This position includes the development of site-specific landscape maintenance programs for residential and commercial clients as well as servicing new and existing clients and generating new leads. Client Representatives assemble, sell and manage contracts and provide proper direction to our production staff to insure client and site needs are being met. Planting layout/design knowledge is a huge plus for add on and enhancement sales for our clients.

Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent experience in Horticulture, Turf, Plant Pathology or related field. Must possess a strong working knowledge of ornamental plant identification, weed identification, associated plant pests and diseases, control measures and proper cultural methods appropriate to turf plants. Wisconsin Certification/Licensing and strong sales skills are a plus. Knowledge of snow removal sales and procedures is needed along with the ability to assist in snow removal operations.
