Customer Service Representative Brenntag Great Lakes, LLC - 3.1 Wauwatosa, WI Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Algebra Full Job Description Your Role Job Description At Brenntag Great Lakes, our Account Coordinators play a critical role in achieving strong relationships by ensuring we deliver on our commitments to our customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Processing all customer orders for the accounts they are assigned Partnering with Sales Representatives to resolve customer product questions Monitoring inventory, order status and delivery dates to ensure the correct product is delivered to the customer in the time frame they requested Proactively notifying customers of potential delivery problems and providing alternatives to resolve the problems Work with internal resources such as purchasing, inventory control and traffic to source and suggest alternatives for the customer Work with internal resources to coordinate and expedite rush product requests. Individuals that have the following skills and experience will excel in this position: Ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization and coordination skills Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment Desire to exceed customer expectations
Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages Ability to problem solve and apply concepts of basic algebra. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Must interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
