Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Tree Service Working Foreman to lead and work alongside a tree crew. This position is hands-on and requires strong leadership, climbing/rigging, equipment operation, clean driving record and a commitment to safety and quality work. The Working Foreman is responsible for supervising daily job operations while actively participating in tree removals, pruning, rigging, cleanup, and equipment operation. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a tree crew on residential and commercial job sites Perform tree trimming, pruning, removals, rigging, and cleanup Operate equipment including chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently Conduct daily safety checks Communicate with customers professionally on-site Train and mentor crew members Maintain clean and organized job sites Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs Assist with emergency storm response work when needed Qualifications Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred Valid driver's license required CDL preferred Strong work ethic and leadership skills Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles Clean driving record
