Cannabis Cultivation Associate

Secret Garden is a fast-growing, vertically integrated (Retail, Cultivation, and Manufacturing) cannabis company looking to hire Cultivation Associates to work in our cannabis growing operations. Our Cultivation Department is focused on growing sustainable high-quality cannabis. We have a large facility and have established very strict quality control and sanitation standards.

Cultivation Associate Salary:

Starting at $17/hr (Depending on experience) Key responsibilities include:

• Working in all aspects of Secret Garden's Cultivation department, including maintaining healthy genetics, propagation, veg and flower phases
• Following Secret Garden growing and production procedures
• Following Secret Garden compliance policies and procedures
• Maintaining sanitation and waste protocols
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
• 21 years of age or older

License:

• State of Alaska Marijuana Handler's Permit
