This role combines retail sales expertise with knowledge of cannabis products and cultivation practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for the cannabis industry. This position offers an engaging environment where you can grow your career while providing exceptional service to our customers. This position is part-time, approximately 15- 20 hours, with the possibility of becoming full-time.

• MUST be available for weekends and evenings shifts, daytime/weekday shifts as needed
• MUST NOT have upcoming long-term time-off needed in the near future
• Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling Upsell products and promote merchandise to enhance customer experience and increase sales Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability Provide excellent customer service through friendly in-person interactions Educate customers on cannabis products and responsible use Support cultivation operations by monitoring plant health, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with basic cultivation tasks as needed Qualifications Alaska Marijuana Handler's Card and Municipal Food Handler's Card •

REQUIRED

• Prior retail sales experience preferred Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, and retail math fundamentals Strong communication skills, including effective customer service abilities Experience with upselling, merchandising, stocking, and inventory management Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Familiarity with cannabis products or willingness to learn about the industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail and organization skills This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about the cannabis industry who enjoy engaging with customers and supporting retail operations.
