Manager of Cultivation & Lab Manager Position Summary The Cultivation & Packaging Technician supports both cultivation and packaging operations through hands-on plant care, product processing, and compliance tasks. This role is critical to maintaining plant health, product quality, and adherence to Alaska cannabis regulations and company SOPs. Key Responsibilities Perform daily plant care including watering, feeding, pruning, training, transplanting, and harvesting Monitor plant health and report pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, or environmental issues Assist with harvest, drying, curing, trimming, and post-harvest handling Trim, weigh, package, seal, and label cannabis flower and pre-rolls Operate and maintain pre-roll manufacturing equipment Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate batch tracking and documentation Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail Handle and document cultivation waste disposal in compliance with regulations Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of cultivation and packaging areas Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements Complete tasks efficiently and report any operational or compliance concerns Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Must have a reliable form of transportation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Previous cannabis or production experience preferred, but not required Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours Required Certifications Alaska Marijuana Handler's Card (required) Municipality of Anchorage Food Handler Card (required)
