Job Summary The Farm Operator position involves harvesting, packaging and performing maintenance activities around the farm. This person will get a chance to learn about vertical farming, make processes more efficient, and improve the quality of our produce while enjoying the warmth of the farm through the winter! Please note, this position will initially be based at our current Anchorage facility . In December, our operations will move permanently to our new facility at 6145 E. Mountain Heather Way in Palmer. Applicants should be prepared to work in Anchorage for the first 4-5 months and in Palmer thereafter. Duties Daily packaging, tasks and maintenance to operate a vertical farm. Experience No prior experience needed. We care more about hiring people we enjoy working around than we do about experienced growers. The way we grow produce is so unique, experience in other farming methods doesn't carry over too much.

Pay:
