Responsibilities:

We are looking for energetic, customer service oriented, career-minded individuals to join our successful team. As a Lawn Care Technician, you are out in the field visiting residential and/or commercial clients and will be responsible to service properties on your route as you apply fertilizer, treat weeds, and perform other professional applications while ensuring amazing customer service. You will also be responsible for having conversations with neighbors, knocking on doors, making field sales and earning additional, high commission rates throughout your route. Lawn Technicians also offer customers additional products and services that may be beneficial, which presents a great opportunity to earn commissions.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver license with a clean record. Physically fit, able to walk several miles a day and lift 50 lbs bags of granular products. Interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the line service. Have the ability to monitor product usage and quality control. Be available to work 40+ hours per week in various/extreme weather conditions, including Saturday, as needed. Work independently as a member of a team. High School Degree or equivalent 1 year of experience in Pest Control and/or Lawn Care (preferred), although we will train an individual who displays the willingness and ability to learn.
