JOB DESCRIPTION
Edible/Infusion Technician Full time Monday through Friday with some OT weekends and evenings Located in Cotton Plant, AR Overview The BOLD Team is composed of exceptional personalities from the cannabis industry seeking a progressive workplace that is committed to growing the highest quality locally gown cannabis products in Arkansas while ensuring compliance with state law. We are seeking an entry level Edibles/Infusion Technician who will prep, assemble, and package cannabis infused edible products for sale to dispensaries. The Edibles Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company's regulated cannabis infused products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner and are available to licensed dispensaries in Arkansas when needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prep, assemble, and package cannabis infused edible products Operate, clean, and maintain all equipment and in the edible lab area Complete production orders with consistency and quality while maintaining reasonable speed Keep accurate records at all steps to maintain quality and control of regulated product Awareness and adherence to ABC and BOLD Quality Assurance protocols Strict adherence to department SOPs and recipes Maintain proper PPE and hygiene Implementation of new systems and processes related to edibles products Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
HSD/GED Must be able to transport up to 50 lbs. of ingredients and raw materials throughout the facility. Must be willing to work in a chilled environment (60 to 65 degrees) Must be able to remain in a stationary position, standing up to 80% of the time Experience in the medical cannabis industry desirable, but not required Must be able to work some weekends and some holidays Problem solving skills; willingness and flexibility to foresee and overcome obstacles Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Culinary manufacturing experience (baking, catering, chocolates and candies, beverages)
