Tulip Creek Farm - Hiwasse, AR About Tulip Creek Farm Tulip Creek Farm is a growing specialty vegetable farm producing premium vegetables, herbs, flowers, and value-added products for our farm store and local customers. We take pride in growing high-quality food and maintaining clean, productive fields. Position Summary We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Farm Crew Member whose primary responsibility will be weed control in our vegetable fields. Keeping weeds under control is one of the most important jobs on our farm and is essential to producing healthy, high-quality crops. Additional duties include harvesting vegetables, planting, washing and packing produce, and other seasonal farm tasks as needed. Responsibilities Hand weed vegetable beds with attention to detail Hoe and cultivate around crops without damaging plants Remove weeds before they go to seed Harvest vegetables according to quality standards Wash, sort, and pack produce Assist with transplanting and irrigation Keep tools and work areas clean and organized Work safely and efficiently as part of a team Qualifications Reliable with dependable transportation Comfortable working outdoors in Arkansas heat and changing weather Able to bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Positive attitude and willingness to learn Farm, landscaping, nursery, or outdoor labor experience is helpful but not required Schedule Part-time (20-30 hours per week) Morning hours preferred Additional hours available during peak harvest periods Compensation $15.00 per hour Join Our Team If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in a job well done, and want to help grow high-quality vegetables, we'd love to hear from you.
