What they do
A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description
- Care for and work with cattle.
- Operate tractors and farm equipment safely and efficiently.
- Cut, rake, bale, and move hay.
- Feed livestock and assist with general herd management.
- Repair and maintain fences, gates, and farm facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance on tractors and farm equipment.
- Assist with other farm duties as needed. Qualifications
- Previous experience working on a cattle farm.
- Experience operating tractors and hay equipment is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
