Company Overview Keith Smith Company, Inc is a well-established leader in poultry hatchery operations, dedicated to producing high-quality hatching eggs and supporting the poultry industry with reliable products and services. With decades of experience, the company emphasizes bio-security, animal health, and operational excellence. Help Build Something New Keith Smith Company is seeking a dependable Night Operations Technician to join our team as we prepare to launch a new hatchery operation. This position is being hired during the startup phase of the project. Initially, responsibilities will focus on overnight facility monitoring, routine inspections, light maintenance, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. As the hatchery becomes operational, this position will transition into a broader role supporting hatchery operations. Training will be provided to prepare the successful candidate for these additional responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing operation from the very beginning.   • Monday-Friday
  • 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM
  • Full-Time Phase One Responsibilities
  • Monitor the hatchery facility during overnight hours.
  • Conduct routine building and property inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform light maintenance and housekeeping duties.
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Follow all company safety and security procedures. Phase Two Responsibilities
  • Assist with hatchery operations.
  • Learn hatchery equipment and procedures.
  • Follow established biosecurity and safety protocols.
  • Support production activities as needed. Qualifications
  • Dependable with excellent attendance.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Able to work overnight hours.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to learn and grow into hatchery operations.
