Key Responsibilities:

Primary Focus Areas :

Facility & Grounds Maintenance Machinery & Equipment Operation & Maintenance Artificial Insemination & Selection Assistance Bird Condition Monitoring Environmental & Health Testing Regular Recordkeeping of farm operations. Adherence to all biosecurity and animal welfare policies . Assist the Farm Manager with troubleshooting and continuous operational improvements. Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed to meet full-time demands. Job Conditions Greater exposure to prolonged standing, lifting (up to 60 lbs), and environmental factors . Requirements:

Proficiency with basic calculations (e.g., rates, ratios, percentages) for environmental testing. Valid Driver's License. High physical stamina and ability to work consistently through demanding tasks.
