Responsibilities Assist with daily plant care routines, including watering, pruning, trimming, and harvesting to promote healthy growth Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper water delivery according to crop needs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and light levels using agricultural environmental control systems to optimize plant health Implement integrated pest management strategies to prevent and control pests and diseases while maintaining compliance with safety standards Maintain accurate records of crop production activities, including planting schedules, pest treatments, and harvest data Conduct regular inspections for plant pest identification and perform necessary plant pest control measures using appropriate tools and techniques Requirements Proven growing experience in horticulture, greenhouse cultivation, or outdoor gardening environments Knowledge of irrigation management, irrigation systems, and agricultural environmental control systems Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to crop production and pest management Ability to operate hand tools, gardening equipment, and heavy lifting safely and effectively Strong understanding of plant identification, crop pest management, and garden trimming techniques Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to irrigation and fertilizer application Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions for crop care and pest control protocols Join us in cultivating excellence! Pay:
