ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Fieldwork:
planting, weeding, mulching, irrigation, spraying, pest/disease management, seed collecting Greenhouse work: sowing, thinning, potting up, propagation Harvesting & post- harvest handling: washing, sorting, packing Ensure Kaizen mentality in quality of farm produce and self Consistent, thorough, and timely communication with peers and management
