We have developed world-class facilities and vertically integrated businesses for the production, manufacturing, distribution, and sale of cannabis. Job Summary The Flower Cultivator plays a key role in supporting the health, growth, and productivity of cannabis plants. This hands-on position is responsible for daily plant care, sanitation of cultivation spaces, harvesting support, and general maintenance. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a clean and compliant cultivation environment. Prior experience is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of cultivation rooms through regular cleaning and sanitization Perform plant care tasks such as deleafing, pruning, staking, and transplanting Monitor and assess plant health daily; report signs of pests or deficiencies Support harvesting activities, including cutting and preparing plants for drying and curing Water and feed plants as directed by cultivation leadership Assist with other cultivation-related tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and regulatory compliance standards Education & Experience No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation preferred but not required Qualifications & Skills Passion for cannabis cultivation and eagerness to learn Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for long periods Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Work Environment & Physical Requirements Must be comfortable working around cannabis plants and plant materials Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and bright lighting Requires regular bending, lifting, and standing Must comply with all local and state cannabis regulations
