Pay Range:

$28/hr. - $30/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Screen and prioritize a high volume of emails, maintain internal to-do lists and call sheets, and coordinate follow-ups. Schedule meetings and calls and take notes when required. Coordinate on-lot screenings, meetings, and music-related events. Conduct research and provide support for various music and entertainment projects. Maintain and organize project assets, including corporate documents, audio files, stems, demos, lyric sheets, budgets, cue sheets, and other music materials. Track updates to documents and assets throughout each project. Monitor key dates and milestones across pre-production, production, and post-production schedules.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working with or supporting musicians, music supervisors, or within a music department. Strong knowledge of the music process, from demo development through final master. Knowledge of the film, television, and music industries and their key players.
