We grow some of the best indoor flower in California—and we take that seriously. If you're reliable, hands-on, and care about the quality of your work, we encourage you to apply. You will learn our specific techniques in the garden by following our SOPs and training with our staff. You'll be working side-by-side with experienced growers who are obsessed with detail, plant health, and doing things the right way. No shortcuts, no ego—just good work, every day.
Experience Required:
Experience with pruning & defoliation Team player mentality Experience with hand watering plants in various stages Experience measuring nutrients and mixing nutrient tanks Ability to take successful clones
Job Includes:
Cleaning & sanitation Installing irrigation Transplanting Physical observation of rooms Daily opening and closing tasks Defoliation & pruning Harvesting Watering plants Applying Trellis Filling flowing rooms Maintaining tools and equipment Scouting for and reporting any pests and pathogens Applying pesticides Filling out various forms for recordkeeping and compliance Misc. garden and maintenance tasks
Requirements :
This is a labor intensive job: Standing, squatting, bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive motion. Being able to pick up 25 lbs at a time Working at a fast pace under warm / humid environments Reliable transportation and full-time availability Must be available to work weekends Company-provided PPE for job tasks
MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.
