Responsibilities Assist with livestock handling, feeding, watering, and general animal husbandry to ensure health and well-being of farm animals including horses, cattle, and other livestock Operate and maintain farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, irrigation systems, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Support crop management activities such as planting, irrigation setup, horticulture tasks, greenhouse work, and growing experience projects Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, manual handling of materials, and the use of hand tools and power tools in daily operations Supervise or assist with farm safety standards to ensure a secure working environment for all team members Contribute to farm infrastructure upkeep through equipment repair, MRO (maintenance, repair & operations), and general maintenance tasks Requirements Proven experience in farm work or agriculture-related roles with hands-on knowledge of animal husbandry and livestock management Outdoor work experience with physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks in varying weather conditions Familiarity with safety standards in production environments to promote a secure workplace Strong organizational skills with basic math proficiency for inventory management and measurement tasks Experience in irrigation systems, horticulture practices or greenhouse work is preferred but not required This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in farming operations while contributing to the success of a vibrant ranch community.
