The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and able to troubleshoot issues in the field. Responsibilities Install, inspect, and repair irrigation systems (sprinklers, valves, controllers, drip systems). Conduct regular inspections of irrigation components to identify leaks, clogs, or malfunctions and perform necessary repairs promptly. Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, pressure issues, and electrical problems. Adjust sprinkler heads and timers for optimal coverage and water efficiency. Perform seasonal system start-ups, shut-downs, and maintenance. Read blueprints or irrigation plans (preferred). Ensure proper water usage and compliance with local regulations. Operate tools and equipment safely. Communicate job updates with supervisor and team. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems and related equipment. Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and plant identification to support healthy landscapes. Knowledge of irrigation systems, valves, and timers Ability to follow safety procedures diligently while working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Pay:
$19.00 - $28.00 per hour
