Job Description

Canna Club LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our Marijuana Infused Products (MIPS) lab team. As an entry-level technician, you will assist in the preparation, manufacturing, and packaging of cannabis-infused products in compliance with all state and local regulations. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in cannabis manufacturing with a focus on sanitation, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Preparation:
Assist with the accurate weighing, mixing, and processing of cannabis concentrates and ingredients according to established recipes.
Sanitation:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following strict sanitation protocols to ensure product safety and quality.
Compliance:
Adhere to all facility standard operating procedures (SOPs), specifically regarding product labeling, accurate documentation of delivery manifests, and inventory tracking.
Packaging:
Assist in the efficient packaging and labeling of finished products, ensuring all batches are correctly identified and serialized.
Team Support:
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals and report any equipment or process issues to the lead technician immediately.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
WITH A CO MED BADGE.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail, especially regarding inventory and compliance logs. Willingness to learn and follow precise, safety-focused instructions. Prior experience in manufacturing, or a laboratory environment is a plus. Preference given to RELIABLE and

Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
