Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour

Job Duties:
Meet with crew lead person for bird per men hour standard for the farm(s) required for the shifts catch.
Ride with crew to farm for bird pickup.
Help keep crew vehicle clean inside and out.
Catch required number of Birds per Man Hour (BPMH).
Report any unsafe condition or unsafe act.
Work in a safe manner.
Help load forklifts and any other equipment needed
Attend all safety meetings required.
Attend any crew meetings required.
Work hours will vary
Must be able to work at night.
