You Will:

Wednesday - Sunday work week Assist with all aspects of vegetation, cultivation, and harvest of cannabis plants including cloning, transplanting, trellising, de-fanning and trimming Inspect plants to assess health and quality; check plants for pests and/or deficiencies to detect the presence of insects or disease and report accordingly Check cultivation rooms for anything out of the ordinary including mechanical failures and report accordingly Execute weekly harvests of 400+ plants Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company's safety program; maintain tools in accordance with sanitation standards Assist with miscellaneous tasks as required to support overall business needs.

You Have:

Reliable Transportation Weekend Availability Unquestioned integrity required Current MED badge A team player who is flexible and responsive Willing and able to consistently work at a fast pace High attention to detail required Basic knowledge of indoor plant cultivation, plant diseases, and treatment options (preferred) 1+ years cannabis industry experience (preferred) Ability to lift 75lbs; work on ladders; stand for long periods of time; work in hot, humid, and bright conditions
