Cannabis Cultivation Technician Denver, Colorado Join Our Grow Team! The Herbal Garden is seeking dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our cultivation team in Denver, Colorado . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about cannabis cultivation and want to gain hands-on experience in a professional grow operation while working alongside an experienced team. Position Summary The Cultivation Technician supports all aspects of the cultivation process, including plant care, harvesting, trimming, facility sanitation, and inventory compliance. Team members play a vital role in producing high-quality cannabis products while maintaining strict adherence to Colorado MED regulations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Water, feed, transplant, and maintain cannabis plants Assist with pruning, defoliation, and crop maintenance Harvest and process cannabis plants Trim and package harvested flower Clean and sanitize cultivation areas and equipment Assist with inventory tracking and compliance procedures Ensure all work is performed according to company SOPs and MED requirements Maintain a safe and organized work environment Perform other cultivation-related duties as assigned Qualifications Valid Colorado MED Badge required Previous cultivation experience is required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow directions and work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as trimming and harvesting Comfortable working in indoor cultivation environments Benefits Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Hands-on experience in commercial cannabis cultivation Supportive and team-oriented work environment Employee discounts Ongoing training and development opportunities Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Full-time opportunities available

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
