Cultivation Assistant (Entry-Level)

Lipan, Denver CO Position Overview:
Join our dedicated cultivation team as an Cultivation Assistant , where you'll play a key role in the production of premium-quality cannabis products. This is an excellent starting point for those looking to grow within our organization, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
Pre-harvest Plant Care:
Assist in propagation and cloning, transplanting, watering, defoliating, lighting adjustments and other general cultivation tasks.
Plant Harvesting:
Carefully harvest mature plants, remove fan leaves, sort and measure waste, and ensure proper curing conditions. Clean, prepare, and load room with plants from veg to restart flowering cycle
Post-Harvest Processing:
Assist in bucking down and trimming harvested plants while maintaining quality standards.
Facility Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including: Sanitizing tools, work surfaces, and storage containers Cleaning common areas (break rooms, restrooms, etc.) Disposing of waste properly Sweeping and mopping production floors

Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old MED Badge (required) Previous experience in plant trimming/handling (one year) Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Pesticide applicator license preferred (not required)
