We take pride in our people, our plants, and our processes — and we're looking for a hands-on Cultivation Assistant Manager to help lead our team to success. Position Overview The Cultivation Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the cultivation facility, including propagation, vegetation, and flowering. This role assists in supervising staff, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations, maintaining plant health, and upholding company standards for quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Support management directives across all cultivation operations (propagation, veg, flower). Ensure compliance with OSHA, MED, CDPHE, and company policies. Supervise and support Cultivation Associates and Harvest Team to meet daily production goals. Monitor plant health, environmental conditions, and pest management programs. Train new employees in proper cultivation techniques and SOPs. Maintain accurate records in METRC from clone to harvest. Order and track cultivation supplies, ensuring stock is maintained. Oversee trimming, curing, and packaging to meet company quality standards. Ensure proper pesticide application per Dept. of Agriculture requirements. Maintain clean and compliant facilities, including waste disposal protocols. Provide leadership, coaching, and corrective action where necessary. Assist in security system checks, audits, and compliance reporting. Requirements Valid MED Key Badge (required) Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays) Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions (noise, PPE, temperature) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Professional demeanor, problem-solving skills, and effective communication Prior experience in cultivation, plant biology, or production management preferred Qualifications and Education High School diploma or GED required Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Botany, or related field preferred , or equivalent experience with marijuana plant cultivation Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all MED and CDPHE regulations Dept. of Agriculture Pesticide Application Certification required METRC Certification required Expected Schedule Full-time, 40+ hours per week Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Weekend and evening availability required as needed for facility coverage, harvest cycles, or emergency plant care Holiday shifts may be required
Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:
